7. Damage & Claims
We take great care, but if damage occurs during transit, please notify us within 24 hours.
Claims must include photographs of the damage.
We are not liable for items packed by the customer if the packaging was inadequate.
Pre-existing damage should be noted before the move.
Our liability is limited to the market value of the item at the time of damage.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, or illness.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total price paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
